"Strutt" Wearable Art Show 09 Picture Gallery

The "Strutt" Wearable Art Show is our biggest annual fundraiser for the Niagara Artist Centre (N.A.C.) This years show was amazing, 10th Annual!

The show gets bigger and bigger as does the talent. The actors and what they were or weren't wearing gets the best reactions from the audience. I only have backstage shots to share but I've seen a few from the crowd.

We seem to grow out of each new venue as our space needs increase with new attendance. The downtown had nothing to offer for the 600 plus antendees expected and so we set up shop at the old Skyway Bingo Hall on Bunting Road at Eastchester. Having a little space behind the scenes was a real bonus but it seems however big the space we get, we fill it up by the peak of the night. The place was packed!

Pure and Co & Neon Buddah Shoot

The shoot for Pure and co http://www.pureandco.com/ and Neon Buddha http://www.neonbuddha.net/ last week went extremely well. Thanks to our models Rachel from Orange http://www.orangemodels.ca/ and to Kelleth from http://www.modelmayhem.com/ . It was a long day and you both did a great job! I had a lot of great responses from my casting calls and I hope to get to work with some of you in the future. It was a fun day working with Jola our hair and makeup stylist for the day. http://www.jolasdesign.com/ .

I believe the catalogue will be out before xmas and likely viewable on the web as well. Great sweater designs Shannon! I look forward to the next shoot.
